    Dear Cooks,
Two bottles of olive oil got chilled in a low temperature basement. One was extra virgin and its color got a little darker. The other was not EV and it turned cloudy and white. Would you say they were still usable or do you think one or both was spoiled through chilling?. Thanks for any help.

They're fine. They will return to normal color and fluidity when they return to room temperature.
