Question:Easy Peezy Pizza Dough (Bread Machine Pizza Dough)

Does anyone know at what point in this recipe I can make this dough ahead & hold it in the refrigerator for a few hours? I'm thinking I should rest it & then put it in a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap & refrigerate it. I am new to making pizza dough. Thanks for your help.

Yes, you can. It's easier to stretch after the gluten has relaxed.

You can put it in the fridge after you form it into a ball. A long, slow, cold rise will allow for additional gluten and flavor development.
