    My son was given a whole venison leg by one of his customers and now it's in my refrigerator. I've had venison steaks and venison chili but I have no idea what to do with this thing. Help?

    I use a leg of venison to make a delicious soup stock. It usually takes two days of cooking. I add some celery and onions and fresh rosemary to the pot while it's boiling. I love how the rosemary combines with the wildness of the deer meat. Don't add too much though, because the rosemary can easily overwhelm even venison.
