It's hard to Imagine no Orange juice for breakfast or a glass of cold Lemonade on a hot afternoon. Many citrus fruits, such as oranges, tangerines, grapefruits, and clementines, are generally eaten fresh. They are typically peeled and can be easily split into segments. Grapefruit is more commonly halved and eaten out of the skin with a spoon.
Delicious fruits like Lemons, Limes and Oranges are also used as garnishes or in cooked dishes. Their juice and zest is used as an ingredient in or on a variety of dishes so come and find out just how you can make the most of these wonderful fruits In TOTM. Hope to see you there!

Hi Susie... I love this calendar page and notifications. Thank you for hosting it.
I think the topic of "oil & vinegar" is fantastic. I can't wait to see that forum.
I did want to mention (since I saw the "Diabetic" forum listed for March), that I have posted on the "Spring Cookbook Swap" some cookbooks,(regarding Diabetes) and that maybe someone one could possibly use them. Please view the posts.. And if you can... cut, copy & paste my statements onto the Diabetic forum, (or whomever is running that forum may be able to do it). I can't figure out how to work this dang computer (lap top... no mouse). LOL.
    Happy day to all.
