    Ciabatta Bread

Ciabatta Bread is slightly crispy on the outside with a deliciously tender and airy crumb. It makes outstanding panini bread, to-die-for garlic bread and is the best bread to serve warm* from the oven, no knife required. Just tear off hunks in a non-civilized manner for dipping. Like pesto dipping, or warm oil dipping, or tapanade dipping, or shrimp scampi dipping stuff, all garlickly and buttery.

Ciabata is a huge favorite here.

It is included in this recipe, both in this amazing soup & also croutons for the topping.
