Have you re-arranged your canning lately?

On Saturday DS said he needed some lunch meat because there was hardly any jam left in the cupboard. I said he just needed to look harder.

So on Sunday I got down on the floor and started re-arranging. I found 15 jars of jam (1/2 pints). Plus there is about 6 more in the freezer. Putting the empty jars in the back.

I also restocked the snacks, applesauces and fruit cocktail, I found 2 dozen of those jars empty. The full ones are stashed away in the microwave cart.

Also pushed back the empty pints that held Apricot Nectar and pushed the full ones forward.

No, but it's long overdue! Thanks for the push, I think icon_wink.gif

Ditto what Dib's said! It's getting to the point where I'm running out of cases to put empty jars back in, so I've been sticking them in with the full jars, and I'm scrambling trying to combine cases to empty one. . . it's all starting to get a bit, well, a little beyond disorganized for my comfort. icon_wink.gif
