    Sesame Chicken

One of those grocery store impulses ... They had a bin of Campbells Seasoning Sauces on sale; plus I had a coupon, so why not. Actually, it wasn't bad for a quick dinner.

It said, 2 servings, but I ended up using a bit less chicken, and added a bag of Chinese vegetables (carrots, broccoli, water chestnuts, snow peas, bean sprouts), got at least 3 or more servings. I also sauteed the chicken in sesame oil; and finished with toasted sesame seeds. Served it over brown rice.

Looks great, Sarasota! Very appetizing!! icon_biggrin.gif

We all make use of convenience stuff, so that was a good buy!

    The veggies look sooo delicious.

Thx Zurie, I don't use lots of those things; but sometimes especially when I have a coupon I don't mind giving them a try.

I probably wouldn't buy it again; unless I cam across it on sale with another coupon, lol; but, heck, it made a quick dinner.
