    Re-Purposing Crockpot Roast

    I had leftovers from:Awesome Crockpot Roast With Gravy

    and added a little of this & that and made a Beef Stew.
    This was a very good way to clean out my fridge and freezer.

    Good on you, you frugal chef!! The "leftovers" look like a cold night's comfort food!

    I still think that photo #1 is exceptionally good.
