    Simple menu this week... (I think that's actually every week, but at least it's a menu!)

    Sat – pasta, jarred sauce, frozen fish and veg (cheaper and faster than takeout; sometimes you just need a day off from cooking effort)

    Sun – Salmone Alla Toscana with millet and veg

    Mon – Moroccan Beef With Honey Spice Couscous and carrots

    Tue – mystery soup/stew from freezer with bread (I think it is lentil soup; the label apparently fell off)

    Wed – Spicy Mulligatawny Soup ( Chicken ) with tortilla or another njera attempt (I will make the 'soup' with only minimal liquid so it is more of a sandwich filling than a soup)

    Thu – salmon melts with veg (did not make last week and need somethong fast and easy this night)

    Fri – leftovers or get together with family, so TBD

    Hope anyone in the northeast is able to read this and therefore has power and is warm enough!
