What is the most replies you have had on a personal thread, not a contest or anything, just a personal or fun topic that just went crazy?

My record is 658, it was 44 pages icon_cool.gif started on Nov 20 2010 and lasted for 3 months icon_eek.gif and no it wasn't made into a "sticky"

Odly enough, the topic - "Please, just let this thread die" icon_lol.gif

Some of you will remember this, but just for fun one day I posted that here in CC and for some reason it just exploded, we all went crazy, maybe we were just bored and needed a laugh, but the post is still around, it finally did die, with UnKnown chef having the last say.

Here it is if you would like to see it - Please, just let this thread die

So, what's the most replies you have had in a personal or fun thread?

BTW, I am not trying to bring it back alive, I would have posted to it if that were the case, I just thought it was interesting and funny icon_biggrin.gif

I remember that thread. It went on forever and was very popular.

I can't really remember a thread of mine that went viral. My threads are like a drive by shooting... here one second and gone the next.

I think Potsie's threads used to be panned before they could go "viral". icon_wink.gif I do remember "let this thread die" and it was funny.

Most things that I post aren't that exciting so they either die quickly or get no response at all. It's okay though, I talk to myself in real life so why not here?

Yep. I'm pretty sure I hold the all time record for panned threads. They weren't threads I started... they were threads I just made my opinions clear. I'm sweet and loveable that way. icon_cool.gif

Uh oh, I just realized that this thread looks like a "Hey, everyone look at me" bragging thread, Oh no, I did not mean it like that, I was just bored and was looking at some old threads that I have saved in my favorites.

I was just trying to make conversation and such, Sorry if I came off like I was bragging for attention icon_redface.gif
