Spinning Wheels, Difficulty Logging In & Out - Overall s

Hi Mary & Lisa,

I'm having a number of issues with the site such as:

difficulty logging out and back in so I can update tag games as a Host

spinning wheels that never resolve or connect with a page

keep getting site server failure notations


Have these issues been reported to you and if so, is there a fix in process? It seems to be getting worse at this point vs. better.

Just want to make you aware of these issues. It appears that other people are experiencing the same problems.

Hi Mary,

I have to say that I am still having the same problems -- no change. I am having extreme difficulties logging in and out in order to update tags and games.

I was just now logging in and now I have a message that it timed out. Unfortunately, I have to start all over again.

Just wanted to let you know that there has been no improvement in these areas for me with regard to signing in and out. Is there anything that you can suggest?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies and restarting your browser?

Also, what version of Adobe Flash Player and Java do you have installed?
