maybe super ???
rich in vitamin K
Brussels sprouts, as with broccoli and other brassicas, contains sulforaphane, a chemical believed to have potent anticancer properties. Although boiling reduces the level of the anticancer compounds, steaming, and stir frying do not result in significant loss.
Brussels sprouts and other brassicas are also a source of indole-3-carbinol, a chemical which boosts DNA repair in cells and appears to block the growth of cancer cells.

I chose to make this because it is grain free which is a healthy thing I think. Now if I could only find organic, free range, grass fed chicken eggs.

That isn't that common here in the USA as there has to be special zoning for livestock. I live in rural southern NJ and we are not allowed to have chickens or any other live stock. Some peeps disregard the zoning and hope they aren't caught. Back in 1981 in the first house DH and I owned (with the bank LOL), our friends next door decided they wanted fresh eggs every morning so they spent about a $1000. building this chicken coup. They bought a dozen Rhode Island Red chicks, raised them and had fresh eggs. After two years they would take the chickens to the butcher and start the process over again. One year, they went to Disney world for a week and I got the job of taking care of the chickens! Well that week cured me of a desire to own chickens

Here you can have them, and in Minneapolis, but not in St. Paul. It just depends. You can have goats, too!

I used to have to collect the eggs at my grandma's farm, yuck, I hated that job! She had about 50 chickens, though. I think if I had 5 or 6 it would be tolerable!

Another reason to buy raw, organic, local honey >>>
"Honey - Honey can be produced from GM crops. Some Canadian honey comes from bees collecting nectar from GM canola plants. This has shut down exports of Canadian honey to Europe."
