    Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Do you use old fashioned oats or quick oats for this recipe? I understand that you do not use instant oatmeal.

    Any form of rolled oats should work just fine. Old-fashioned oats would have a chewier texture, as they are not rolled as thin as quick oats are.
