    Unable to use back arrow in browser after opening a recipe

    I do not have an issue with the back function (back arrow or (ALT+LEFT)) on any other site, only on Food.com when accessing a recipe - I can use the back arrow in other parts of the site it appears. I'm using IE9 (ver. 9.0.8112.16421). I did see one other post on here where someone was experiencing the same issue with IE8. Has anyone else experienced the issue and able to resolve it? Thanks!

    Update 2/20/13 - I am on the site this morning and not having the issue with the back arrow not working. It appears to be fixed...well for me anyway. I hope it's resolved for everyone else as well. icon_biggrin.gif

    I am not experiencing problems with the back arrow issue in IE8 or FF 14. However, we just received a report that the site experienced some major technical problems over the weekend. The team is still working on some of those at this time. If you are still having trouble, please be patient and try again at a later time. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be back up and running normal soon!

    I wasn't going to say anything, especially because I'm not sure what version IE I'm using. The back arrow just worked properly with another topic in this area.

    Now I can't get out of this topic. I get stuck when I browse recipes and it is a nuisace. Please hurry the help.

    I've already posted and replied to Duonyte in last four days. I have IE8, have reinstalled java and flash but the problem persists with back arrow navigation. Not whinge-ing, but want to post that problem persists for the record. No problem with ANY other sites, so it's just Food.com.

    Again, I'm not technical, but try to help out on weekends, etc., especially if I know Mary will want certain information.

    A huge problem here is that this is not a problem for all users. I am using IE8 right now and can use the back arrow without any trouble whatsoever, all over the site. So it is quite the puzzler to figure out just what might be causing the problem for some, but not all, IE8 users.

    I'm using IE7 and also experiencing the same back arrow problem for the last three days.

    Tomorrow will be day six of this problem. It is quite frustrating to know that you cannot even read the reviews for the day, and don't dare open a recipe link without getting locked up....still, no word from food.com that even a work around might be in sight for the near future. icon_evil.gif Today, I began to intermittently recieve the "500" errors again. It's an internal server error.
