    Hey there!
DH won a $25 gift card to QVC at work. He gave it to me, but I have no idea what to use it on,. I've never shopped with QVC before. Anyone have suggestions for kitchen stuff that they have bought or like?
    Thanks!

Boy, I have not bought anything there in years. I did buy a set of the microplaners when they were new, and a few years ago I* bought a coat after a coworker showed me hers. But I do not watch the show at all or visit their site.

I know, me either. I checked out the website this morning. I was scrolling through a main kitchen gadget-type page, and found about 3 things that I would consider, but when I opened the individual product pages every one of them was sold out! icon_confused.gif
I guess I just don't know how it works, and although we get every paid and non-paid tv station for free, I have those shopping specific networks turned off on the guide so my 6 year old DD doesn't start begging for nose hair clippers and toenail fungus remover, like the day she told me I need some new compression bra. icon_lol.gif

I typed out a huge list of items from QVC that I love, yes, I shop QVC all the time being I am in a remote area an actually have nothing but one grocery and two dollar stores for over 30 miles. While posting food.com burped and lost my post. If I feel like it I will re-do tomorrow.

Hello my name is Katie, and I am a QVC junkie.
It started when DH moved me to the boon docks....where there are NO malls!!
I discovered, you can shop at your convenience (4am in my bathrobe).
    LOVE IT!

Where else can you buy a polka dot can opener?

Last night we had lasagna soup and garlic bread on my soup and tray...

Anyhow....ask me anything icon_smile.gif Also they have reviews which are interesting to read before purchasing an item.

Hmmm, I've never really paid any attention to QVC, always thought it was things like jewelry or mint sets. But love the looks of that soup and sandwich sets - maybe I need to check it out myself.

Hey Tink, let us know what you decide on

Ugh! Totally lame! I'm sorry that happened, Jacqueline. What was your favorite purchase? And do you find the items to be of good quality?

omg! I love the polka dot can opener! And the soup and sammy trays are definitely something I'd love. What cute photos they would make!

Sophie and I almost bought some of these knives just the other day at Target. You can't go wrong with polka dots.

so cute, hadn't thought of polka dots, but I do love them.

today I'm just doing a quick check in while I get final packing done. Bob will be home around 2PM and we're off to Peru. I'll be checking in when I can looking forward to this adventure.

Just checking in from Lima, so far we are loving it, the seafood is to die for, the city is so clean and pretty with wonderful beaches and flowers and the folks friendly and helpful. Tomorrow we rent a car and head out to see more of the country.

I just got back from Sedona, AZ. Beautiful part of the state, for sure..., but I am so wishing I was with you in Peru, Bon-Bon!
Are you going to see Machu Picchu or Nazca? I would love to soak up the history there. icon_biggrin.gif
Have fun and we can't wait to hear all about it!

Let me see if I can retype my message today. To start with I also like QVC because I live in a town where you can't buy a thing, ok some junk but that is about it. The down fall of QVC is impulse buying.

Just a few of the things I have bought.

Keurig K10 Mini Plus Brewing System (just bought this, this week, not here yet and am not sure I am going to keep, it was an impulse buy.)

I love most all lock and lock products, with the exception of the bread, egg and bacon keeper and the canisters, they all went back or have been given away.

Chris Freytag 5 qt Slow Cooker w/ Griddle & Glass Lid, kept this but not as fond of it as I am of my Ninja three in one cooker.

Earthpan Colored Aluminum Nonstick 12" Everyday Pan, I have both the 12" and 14" and don't know what I did without them.

Dyson DC25 Animal Ball Upright Vacuumw/Accessories don't know what I did before I had this vacuum.

My Vitamix also came from QVC.

K36503 - KitchenAid Professional 9 Speed HandMixer w/Bag& Attachments Red, Love my hand mixer and I have no desire for the big KA mixer, but one of my sister's has it an the other is wanting it.

H166064 - Temp-tations Snowflake Set of 4 Dessert Platesor Mugs ,Plate, I have two sets of these plus I have a lot of Temp-tations and love the product.

K32702 - Genius Nicer Dicer Plus 10-piece Multi-Chopper Red, I guess this is my favorite kitchen purchase besides my vitamix and vacuum, although the vacuum is not a kitchen purchase.

K33054 - George Foreman Evolve Grill w/ 6 RemovableNon-stickPlates Red, I don't use this as much as I should, although I have a large kitchen with a lot of counter space I dislike things setting on my counter top. If I was one that could stand things setting on the counter I'd probably use it more often.

K0780 - Technique Hard Anodized 5qt. Oval Roaster, love this roaster, too. I have a bigger one and two smaller ones, but this is my go to roaster.

Now this is just a few of the items I have bought from QVC and most I do not regret.

I also love some of their clothing.
