    No reason why you cannot make this into small rolls. This is a bread not a quick bread. The muffin tin will hold the shape but the texture will not be the same as cornbread.

    Broa is not the type of cornbread that can be made as muffins. It's a regular bread made with cornmeal and wheat flour.
