Blue Cheese Salad Dressing or Dip (Great for Buffalo Wings)

This recipe looks very easy. I would like to put it on salad but would like to know how it would be if I interchanged the blue cheese for feta crumbled. What are your thoughts?

I think it would taste good. However, I would use a couple of chopped scallions instead of onion salt and hold off adding salt until I tasted it. Feta is a salty cheese.

I especially like Bulgarian feta for something like a dressing, as it's very creamy. The only place I have found it is in Mediterranean (Greek, Italian, Middle Eastern) groceries.
