I have made this ice cream many times but stored the recipe on my computer and (foolish ) didn't back up. Now I've lost it. Can anyone help. I have no idea where it came from originally but it is really good. All I can remember is that it used 5 different sorts of chillis. Please help.

Most of the chocolate mole ice cream recipes I found use dark chocolate, not white chocolate. I was not able to find a recipe (white or dark) that used 5 different kinds of chilies. icon_eek.gif Perhaps you could adapt one of the following recipes:

White Chocolate Ancho Chile Ice Cream

    White Chocolate-Habanero Ice Cream

    Chocolate Chili Ice Cream

Thank you for replying. Will have to give it a go. The original recipe was really good and was very different because it used white chocolate.
