EAT higher fiber foods, beans, whole grains

    Limit junk food and fats

GET OUT and exercise every day: bad weather: there are so many exercise tapes ! OR, I put tons of my oldies (3 hrs worth) on my MP3 and into the earphones and walk, run, go to the gym and tune out the world and go for it!

The healthiest way to lose weight is neither through crash diets nor bursts of exercise. However, it is combination of both. First and foremost things needed to undergo weight loss is by avoiding junk food that contain high salt, fat and less fibre and nutrients. Control your calorie intake and concentrate on fibre rich fresh fruits and vegetables.
