Recipe on another site, but I may post it here. It only has 1 egg, 1/3 cup cream, veggies, and ham; cheese and a pie crust. It is like a quiche, but more filling vs egg. Easy too, and 30 minutes and done. It makes a great brunch, lunch, or dinner. Tonight was a nice light dinner

Tonight's Dinner, quick and easy. I used the last 3 yellow tomatoes from the garden. Cucumber/onions with a seasoned rice wine vinegar on the side; and guess what MORE strawberries ... tis the season. Although, I held off on the whipped cream tonight. JUST BERRIES.

    Thx Shapes, appreciate it.
It is a cross between a quiche and just a pie. But it turns out really good.
I am going to post this one because it is so simple. Who doesn't like something you can put together in a few minutes

It truly is so easy - probably why I like it. But, it is a nice quick and inexpensive dinner. Yes, I could of made my own crust ... but I so hate to bake, lol icon_sad.gif

1 egg, 1 cup cheese, 1/3 cup cream, 1 cup ham, and basically 1 cup veggies. That's it. Dump in to a pie crust brush w/dijon, then 1/2 cheese, all the veggies, tomato slices, rest of cheese, pour egg, cream over, and bake.

    It is seriously ultra easy.
    And thx
