PAPPa AL POMODORO
The software keeps making the final A in "Pappa" lower case, despite corrections.

In the past our forum software prevented recipe titles from being submitted using all capital letters. The reason for that editorial decision was that the feedback from members on the use of all caps has always been negative. In general, internet etiquette is that text in all caps is considered to be shouting and not appropriate.
That software limitation caused some difficulties with words that should be all caps, such as BLT, OAMC, etc.
A few months ago we decided the relax the software restrictions and allow all caps so users could capitalize words such as BLT, etc. That also means you could have the entire recipe title in all caps -- something we still do not want from an editorial standpoint. If we see a recipe submission in all caps, we will convert it to initial caps, and we ask that users don't edit their recipes to revert the title to all caps.

I see. I cut and pasted it from a Word document on my computer and left the title the way it was there, as it didn't make any difference to me one way or the other. I'll go in and edit the title. I really don't care if it's in all caps or not, I was just stymied why it wouldn't take a correction, even after a couple of tries.
