    Yummy recipes by everyone.
No SO of DH here, just me and the kitties; but ... a good friend, one of my poker buddies is coming over.

His parents live in the NW, Oregon and every year send a box of fresh salmon and king crab for Vday. Unfortunately, his wife is overseas Iraq (military); she was supposed to be home, but couldn't make it.

Well, he is getting the box anyways. He offered to share some, if I cooked. How could I say no?

Nothing fancy, Cedar planked salmon with a brown sugar bourbon glaze, crab, 2x baked spud, salad. A bottle of wine; and I will keep 1 piece of salmon to smoke for him; The rest he will freeze for his DW when she returns.

He's a great guy a good friend; I hope a nice dinner will be at least something nice since he is alone.

I bought some frozen lobster tails today, that were on sale. I am also going to do some bacon wrapped scallops.

Haven't decided on side dishes yet.

Tiramisu by Anne BurrellMade this last night and I cannot wait to dive in. The creamy filling is TDF! It looks yummy and professional.

The rest will come together this afternoon.

The roulade is a little fussy icon_confused.gif but what the heck.
