    I have some shredded turkey in my
    freezer stash,so maybe a soup or
    maybe make Chicken and Dumplings
    w/ turkey instead.

    Ladies #1 and #2: Spaghetti Pie; Italian salad; garlic bread

    Me: Goulash (recipe another site); home made bread from yesterday; FL fresh strawberries. I picked up a flat Sat (Plant City Strawberries, in season). Strawberry Freezer Jam is on the list this week.

    Either Szechuan Crispy Orange Beef or hamburgers w/oven fries. After last night, DH is lucky I am even considering cooking for him.

    Tonight Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

    Last night my family went crazy for the Thai Hot & Sour soup. A bit labor intensive (made stock first) for me so not sure when that will happen again.

    Whatever DH can come up with. I'm so sick, I can't think of cooking. He made burgers last night. He did good. Not sure what he is going to do tonight.

    Tonight I am having my first Skippy Burger that we managed to find the meat down at Jungle Jim's market in the "Nati" (Cincinnati).

    I didn't think I was going to be able to get Bill on board with that one, as he was having some kind of "Bambi syndrome".
