Absolutely brilliant idea! My dogs are harmless and would rather play and lick you to death than bite you or be aggressive to your dog.

It's a great idea! Maddie could use a yellow ribbon. Loves ALL people especially little kids but I've yet to find a dog she likes. She tolerates Dawson.

I've been following the
DINOS movement for a while now - I'm so glad to see the idea gaining traction!

What an awesome idea. I'm off to find a yellow ribbon to tie on Kate's leash. She is afraid of strangers and could possibly nip them. Whenever kids come up to us and ask to pet the dogs (as they always do when I'm walking three dogs), I tell them they can pet all of them except the tan one. She even bit me a few days ago. She was getting into Zoey's food dish and I pushed her away and she bit me. I scolded her and she went up on the couch and sat watching me with sad eyes. She didn't even go back to her food dish to eat. I felt bad for her, (hmm wonder why my dogs are spoiled) but just ignored her for awhile.

It is a great idea...presuming people know what it is! If I hadn't seen the info from the link Potsie posted I would have no idea what a yellow ribbon on a dog's leash meant.
