    DW made this delicious chicken & broccoli casserole for dinner last night, and it was fantastic. This is one of our favorite Winter casseroles, and we can even freeze the leftovers for a quick dinner at a later date.

    Oh, now that looks like my version of comfort food. Delicious. Ooey gooey and cheesy. Great colors, and the perfect plate. That looks fantastic!! Winter or not, it should be a "anytime of the year casserole."

    Joe, your wife made a wonderful casserole and you took a wonderful pic!! I love the look of this one. Love the oozing yellow cheese on the left, and one can actually see bits of all the components of this casserole. Yum!! icon_biggrin.gif
