    Hi
What size cake pan was used to only give 4 servings? I'd like to use a alb loaf pan and don't know how many servings that is.
    thank you

I suspect the 4 servings is not right. The recipe calls for baking the cake in a loaf pan - I assume the standard 9x5 inch pan. I would think at least six, and that would be generous servings.

    I don't think it's a 2 lb loaf.

Only a cup of flour and 2/3 cup sugar? Not a lot of volume. It's Japanese, so there might be a special, smaller pan for it, or maybe a mini loaf pan?
