Microwave Caramels
I have tried this recipe 3 times and the caramel never sets. It is bubbling when I take it out of the microwave at the end, but only firms up slightly which means I either toss it or eat it with a spoon. What am I doing wrong?

It's not cooking long enough. We don't know what the power is of the microwave that the contributing chef used. If you read some of the reviews, you will see that it took less time for some, and more time for many.
I believe that the syrup needs to get to 234 degrees in order to set properly - your best bet is to use a candy thermometer and keep track of how long you need to cook this in your particular microwave to get it to this temp.
