Easy, Creamy, Low Calorie Butternut Squash Lasagna

So I'm in the midst of making the recipe and I don't know how much milk to use for the cream sauce... I guess I'll try a cup and see what happens.

    Something is missing here.

Since you have decided to use 1 cup milk....... you need

    1 T each: butter & flour
-Melt butter & combine w/ flour until smooth and cook for at least one minute to remove the raw flour taste
-Then add: 1 C milk, blend until smooth and allow to thicken.
    -Then add the cheese suggested
