Zurie the best part of the photo forum is enjoying so many yummy dishes without gain weight or busting the bank.
Steve the soup looks soooo yummy I could have skipped day one and two and gone straight to the soup.
Yes, Deb -- just think if we had to taste a little of all the gorgeous foods which appear in this forum!! You know, like the judges on Masterchef! In a short while I won't walk, I'll have to roll!
Great photos and food, Steve!

Steve the lamb was beautiful going into the pot.
Your dinner made a prettier photo but for taste appeal must say your DW’s won my tasty buds.

Thanks Zurie, I like that idea, very keen on the "eat it or go away" idea...lol...
Personally I would want out of this country and to a nice warm place in the Med... but all the rest works well...

a little catch up over the last few days.. not felt like post much as my M key is sticking ands making it hard work typing... !
roast chicken salad
then used the leftover bits of chicken (legs/thighs) mixed with honey, wholegrain mustard, American mustard and mayo to make a great sandwich for work
one night fancied something to munch on... crisp butty... actually quavers.. takes me back...lol
Our local supermarket were selling fillet steaks (thats 1 of 2 per pack at only £4:20) so had that, pepper sauce, fried onions, tomatoes, fries and garlic bread
tonight we made Chinese Chicken and Noodles
and my other half has taken to baking, so this is her Millionaire Shortbread

Chicken dinner and its next day sandwich both look totally delicious.
The Crip butty looks like it would have been very difficult to shoot but also took me back with a bit of a chuckle as I remember my little brother used to make mayo sandwich (not sure who was weird him for liking them or me for not)
What a fun and creative idea with the cup and fries on the steak
Tell your DW she could make a million with that shortbread it looks sinfully indulgent

Gee, the usual delicious food!! I think I'll skip the chip butty, though, but as a kid I am sure I would have loved it!
Your wife's Millionaire's Shortbread looks stunningly yummy!!!!
