I am looking for desserts that do not need to be baked in the oven.
I want no freezer desserts. (never have room in my freezer)icon_lol.gif

There are a lot of stove-top cooked fruit recipes (most commonly apple, pear or berry) which can be used as toppings for store bought pound or angel food cakes, ice cream, or just served in a bowl with some whipped cream on top.

A lot of wonderful rice pudding recipes are cooked on the stove top: Yummy Creamy Rice Pudding
