Dessert made on top of the stove!

I am looking for desserts that do not need to be baked in the oven.
I want no freezer desserts. (never have room in my freezer)
Once upon a time I had some desserts, that were made in a skillet on top of the stove Any good one out there.
I have plenty of refrigerator recipes allready. Thanks for any help.

OH boy!! Thank you all sooooo much! I will enjoy checking all these out and then choosing some. I'll review the ones I make as i allways do, though sometimes I admit, that i forget to do that.
