I am soooo excited to see a Seva's recipe!! I have wanted to try that restaurant for such a long time, but we tend to end up as Sava's instead. Close... Does Sevas have a cookbook?[/quote]

Hey neighbor!

Seva's is incredible, a must try with atmosphere to match the food. All vegetarian.
They don't have a cookbook, but I found 3 of their recipes online posted in newspapers and what not. My favorite is their butternut enchiladas (enchiladas calabazos, spelling?) which I can't remember if I posted on here, but I did find the recipe for in an online newspaper. In addition to that, I posted their spaghetti Verona, which uses tempeh. It's quick and easy!

Thanks for the info. Nothing anything close to a veggie restaurant here. For me it's all do it yourself, lol.

Sometimes I miss the more populated area's. They offer so much more.
