I had a meal plan but now I have some leftovers that will be 'dinner' instead.
I have 3 large pieces of breaded pork tenderloin that DH wants for a sandwich. I'm not about to argue with that kind of easy. For me there are meatballs in sauce sitting there screaming at me to end their lives as a meatball sub. I will comply.

Me and g/f:
Tostadas with leftover smoked chicken; refried beans, lettuce, cheese, olives, salsa, and sour cream; on the side a minted fruit salad.
NOTHING special
But, I am making 8 mason jars of my beer cheese pretzel dip to make for my friends helping me set up for tomorrow. Easy and it was by request.

Me, too. Went out for lunch Thursday at a Japanese place that has okay sushi (okay being the best we can find here), decided to get a fish katsu bento, HATED it! All of it, except the squid salad we split as an appetizer. We'll still go there for sushi and sashimi and sit at the sushi bar, or try a noodle bowl.

Trying Hot Chinese Eggplant (Aubergine) with steamed veggies (broccoli, sugar snaps, and water chestnuts) and brown rice. Maybe some kimchi.

A change of plans.
A grilled chicken breast sandwich with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a slice of Swiss cheese. Plus... a healthy squirt of horseradish/mayo sauce.
