    Manifold Roast (Car-b-que) icon_eek.gif
    .

Here's a true story for ya. My parents owned a meat market a while back. My dad made the BEST homemade sausages you ever wanted to try. His sausage making day was always Tuesday. He made a Hungarian Hot Sausage that was outstanding. When he made a batch he would freeze 2 links for this customer that drove semi. The man would pick up the sausages, frozen, wrap them in foil and put them on the manifold of his semi, and had it timed that he would make his morning run up north, then back to town, then back up north and the sausage would be cooked for him to have for lunch. I've heard there are many other people have done similiar things. Leave it to a man.......
