No idea, but after reading about sun ripe garden tomatoes I want a Panzanella Salad!

Oh, so you like pink wintertime tomatoes with that, do you?
What I wouldn't give for a garden ripe tomato right now.
And settling for a ripe tomato out of the can doesn't cut it.

Why don't we drive down to Florida and fill up the trunk with juicy ripe tomatoes? Call it almost-spring-breakdown- over ripe tomatoes. icon_lol.gif

I'm having smoked sausage and sauerkraut. That's pretty much the same thing.

    Finally, I have a clue! icon_cool.gif

    Tonight, recipe# #261747

I think Shape made this once. I just submitted a few minor corrections and decide I prefer white hominy better than corn, so I changed that in the recipe.

I don't think the kids have every had this cuz they were pretty young when I used to make it, it's been awhile. I'm hoping it' "floats their boats".

Carry on....... It's HAPPY HOUR! Join me! icon_biggrin.gif
