I honestly don't know. I planned on a tuna salad stuffed tomato and bowl of soup.

But, I also have smoked chicken from Mon night; and I have some corn on the cob to use up. I also have some cooked pasta in the freezer which would just take a minute to heat up and top with some of the chicken, mushrooms, and an alfredo type of sauce.

I guess I will wait until I get hungry and then make something. Nothing will take more than 15-20 minutes, so who knows what it will be.

It was a spring-like day here so I fired up the BBQ and made
Finger-Licking Chicken Marinade with a side of carrots and leftover cauliflower gratin.

This is great stuff. I've made it and the family loved it.

I made Emeril's Shrimp Po' Boys - I don't have the recipe number handy. I'm on an iPad while my computer is in the shop.
Anyway, these po' boy sandwiches are a scampi version, and so good!
