    Is the nutritional information correct for this recipe? 1,316 calories for one bowl of soup with 57.6 grams of fat seems very high.

    The two cans of coconut milk are shown as contributing 3000 calories. I don't know if that's accurate. This is not the light milk. If that's off, then that explains it.

    According to the Kitchen Dictionary, one cup of coconut milk has 1056 calories, 434 of those from fat.
    Click on any ingredient written in blue and you will be taken to that entry in the Kitchen Dictionary, which also has that ingredient's basic nutritional info.
    If you find nutritional errors there's a thread in Customer Support for reporting them.

    I think the recipe is also interpreting "chicken breasts" as having the skin on.
