    You can, but I wouldn't go past 400F. I'd tent it with foil to prevent the top from drying out, and I'd start checking for doneness at 45 minutes. It needs to get to 160F in the center of the meatloaf.

    What else are you making? Maybe the other dish could be cooked at a lower temp.
