    Mashed potatoes and gravy, lasagne, meatloaf. Cottage pie is also a favorite.

    Right now I'm making turkey soup after simmering the carcass. It's hard to believe how much good meat you get from doing this. It reminds me not to toss the carved bird.

    Sounds lovely! and yes I agree with you about the carcass, its simply amazing what you can make out of it too.

    We also love all kinds of salads but am getting a bit fed up with them at the moment but the weather is so hot icon_sad.gif
