Copycat Boiling Crab Recipe This is my first time attempting a crawfish boil, so please excuse the dumb question: this recipe tells you to boil the crawfish in spices and then make the sauce separately. Can anyone tell me if you're supposed to transfer the crawfish to the sauce once it's boiled and simmer it in there, or if the sauce is just meant to quickly coat the crawfish?

The crayfish will be done so that you would just coat it with the sauce and serve.
