    Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
Recipe calls for 4 to 6 oz of pork chips, but recipe says it serves 4. Doesn't sound like much pork chop per person. Is this correct.

The chef meant to write 4 6 oz pork chops - 4 chops, 6 ounces for each chop, which is a reasonable serving.

Thanks. I finally guessed that must be what he meant. I tried it tonight and for a newby it wasn't too bad. My wife even ate it.
