Thanks, BK -- for such a yummy photo and great review ! So glad you enjoyed the curd.

I have one more tag, which I am planning to prepare tonight. It has been a very busy month, but DH is independent on his feet (as long as I am near by), so I can spend some time concentrating on a recipe !!

Made me think -- I never sogned up for Feb !!

For Group 3 Supper Simple Scallops

Sorry -- just a tad late, but I made, ate, and reviewed AzPARZYCH's "Ballymaloe Irish Stew" yesterday -- a 5 star meal all the way ! My only disappointment was inability to find lamb stock -- had to resort to beef -- but I don't think it Made a MAJOR difference ! (I'll look on Amazon -- check out a case !! icon_wink.gif ). I had 4 large meaty loins and they just fell off the bones, and were fork tender and delish ! Even DH, who is NOT a lamb enthusiast, ate 2 of the loin meats - and loved them !
I have some lean beef cubes which I will season and add to the leftover stew for another meal !
This was a good swap -- thanks, Ladies !!
