No Kitchen

Where can I find a list of recipes I can make without the use of a kitchen? I have a double burner hot plate, an electric skillet, a tiny low-wattage microwave, and a mini-fridge (no freezer). I'm at a loss.

With a low wattage microwave you might need to adjust times

Sweet and Spicy Chili Pork Chops - a lot of markets carry cooked rice in packages that can be micowaved to heat

Your about me page says you have an electric skillet. If it has a tight fitting lid, and a low temperature setting you can make the pulled pork in that. Of course you will have to work with much smaller amounts of ingredients (decrease number of servings) since your skillet will not accommodate a very large piece of meat.

North Carolina Pulled Pork - Follow cooking directions for "a large pot" (aka a stock or soup pot) steps 6, 7, 8.
