7 - Day - Soup Diet Recipe What is the name of this diet? When I try to look for more information on its rules, I end up getting the Cabbage Soup Diet. Today is my first day and I want to make sure I dont't do anything wrong.

This is a very unhealthy way to lose weight. Any weight you lose will be VERY temporary.

You may want to rethink your decision.

Thank you for your concern. Most of the posts on this particular cleanse seem to be favorable. I am not doing it for the weight loss. I want to cleanse and become healthy. Hopefully someone with a positive response to this cleanse will answer my question.

I think that is the name by which it is most commonly known. The instructions for use are within the recipe. As the instructions are within it, it's not clear what other information you are looking for. If the reviews do not provide you with the information you are interested in it, you might try googling blogs to identify people who swear by it.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS DIET AND SHOULD NEVER EVER BE FOLLOWED. IT HAS BEEN ASCRIBED TO HALF-A-DOZEN DIFFERENT HOSPITALS AND EVERY ONE HAS DISAVOWED IT. DO NOT FOLLOW THIS SO-CALLED DIET. YOU RUN THE RISK OF DOING YOURSELF PERMANENT HARM.

Please listen to Dr. Galleon. He is a practicing physician and knows what he is talking about.

This is a fad crash diet, not a cleanse. It will not make you healthier.

Please consult your physician, too, or whatever health care professional you are comfortable with.

I have been using this soup diet about 3 times per year for the past two years, it is perfect as a cleanse. I only do it for the first 4 days as I am vegan and usually drop 3.5-6 lbs in those days. Yes, I do know this is some water weight but that is what I am trying to get rid of as well as cravings for sugar and any processed food. I pass it on to all of my friends who want to drop a few pounds or just get rid of cravings. I love it! I do process the soup in my Vitamix so it is a smooth soup, I find it much more tolerable that way. Good luck!
