    Very nice photos!! Love the juicy roast beef! icon_lol.gif And you're so lucky to get lima beans -- are they fresh? Because both fresh and canned are so hard to find here.

    I make my own gravy,but I've used this recipe and it
    works very well.

    looks great... hot beef and gravy or hot beef and onions (with gravy).. goes really well... almost worth making sure you have leftovers for !
