    I don't think so, but I don't cook gluten-free. You might be better off asking in our Gluten-Free Forum.

    Yes it can - it will change the texture slightly as every starch has different properties .. cornstarch is slightly stronger than potato starch

    From the reviews already in and the intro the poster has given, it appears to be quite a versatile recipe.

    I agree with the info auzzi has already replied.

    I think personally, I would adjust the recipe to be equal quantities of tapioca and cornstarch in place of the tapioca and potato starch already in the recipe.

    I love waffles, they make a good carb fix for anyone on a gluten-free diet. You can save left-overs (if there are any) by freezing them and can reheat for another day. Be sure to place a square of baking paper between each so that they dont stick together in the freezer and that you place them in an airtight bag. Waffles make great toast for a gluten-free breakfast.
