    Meatless Spinach Mushroom Lasagna

    Can canned mushrooms be used instead of fresh mushrooms, and if yes, should the liquid from the canned mushrooms be drained before putting into the lasagna? Thanks,

    Yes and yes. I'd personally prefer fresh, but ya do what ya gotta do.

    I suppose you could use canned mushrooms but I suspect the results will be different than intended. Definitely drain them well if you do.
