    Cooking method for Alpaca

    I'm doing a Mystery Basket in a few hours for a job try out and when I interviewed last week the guy i spoke with started talking about Alpaca was on the Menu, I've never worked with it, wondering the best cooking method to use on it if thats what i get??

    It depends on what cut it is. You can pretty much treat it like beef.

    Well, that's exotic! I did not find any recipes in our database with alpaca as an ingredient. My best guess would be that it will be rather like bison - similar to beef, but leaner, thus requiring more vigilance to not overcook.

    Google will likely be your best friend in finding out more information.
