    Where did my saved recipes go?

    Hello!

    I logged on today and found that all my cookbooks and recipes are gone! What would have happened to them???

    Are you still having trouble? Hover the cursor over the turquoise box up near your name/icon to see the dropdown list; your your cookbook/s are in the first column.




    If you're still having trouble, Mary will need to know what browser/version your computer uses (IE8, Firefox, Safari, etc) in order to be better able to assist you.

    If you don't know, click on HELP (if it's not the word, then it will be a question mark icon), then scroll down to and click on ABOUT...... (in this example, it's INTERNET EXPLORER, but it might be different browser) which will tell you which version your machine uses.

    THEN the version:



    Knowing which browser and version is a key piece of information the staff need to be able to help you solve this problem effectively.
