Good choice! I see that I never updated the review but it is a keeper. I have started to put it in the rotation for freezer meals. I actually like to double the sauce... I like things saucy.

Sorry this wasn't noticed earlier! Pammyowl's tag(of your recipe substitution post) was invalid from your reviews, but since it isn't a "tag your it" type of game and one where you tag a recipe from someone's reviews, we will leave the tagging as it stands at this point.
So.......

I did notice it, when I updated, but since other tags were made and not wanting to have a bunch of re-tags, I just let it go, next time I'll sub for a re-tag, since I was slow on the trigger.

Hope you enjoy, though I used extra curry powder (a hot Madrass) not enough to brings us out in a sweat but enough to give a good bite and not too much that the DM thought it was blowing her head off but she did comment that it was a bit spicy (anything with heat to her is spicy) but still tasty.

ok, I'll remember that, I also like a curry with a bite, altho DH cant tolerate anything too hot, so it is a bit of a balancing act!!!
