Meatloaf~

We didn't have meatloaf growing up....but LOVE a good meatloaf!
DH makes a fabulous one!



Hubby's Meatloaf

I added your hubby's meatloaf recipe to my cookbook. It sounds unique with the corn bread stuffing and jalapenos. I'd like to try it!

We had some pretty awful meatloaf's when Mike was experimenting.... I think the one I disliked the most had crushed tortilla chips.

now that does not sound the best, but at least he persevered and that recipe looks just great!

I hear ya! I've made some really nasty creations over the years. The worst for me was my first attempt at making biscuits and gravy. No recipe, not the right ingredients, no idea what I was doing at all. Made 3 batches of what looked like dog vomit before I gave up. DH & DS ended up scarfing down the last batch, raving over how good it was. I couldn't gag it down. And they've requested it hundreds of times since, even though they know it is nothing but a thorn in my side, and I didn't write down what I did anyway. And the recipe I have used since has been awesome! dorks.

OMG I'm so there!! I made biscuits and gravy (not a popular dish up here in the Upper Peninsula) I use to love them in Calif soooooo tried to come up with my own creation....Long story short....we don't have them any longer...DH decided dish is very over rated...I so hope someday he has the opportunity to eat some good ones~!

Good luck with that. I guess you'll just have to take him on vacay to Cali.
